Like most of my benches, Crescent is a one-off. I found the Parkay flooring. CNC’d it into 4 pie shaped pieces. 3 of the pic shapes were splined and butterflied to create the bench seat’s shape. The re-bar was salvaged from the banks of the Mississippi River in the summertime when the water is down and a lot of debris is exposed. “Crescent” is named after New Orleans, The Crescent City.
All pieces are one-of-a-kind, yet similar forms and materials can be re-created upon request.
Materials: Found parkay flooring, salvaged re-bar, angle iron
